- Weight-Based Rates: Shipping rates are determined by the weight of each item, rounded up to the nearest pound, as per carrier policies. You can find the item’s weight on its detail page.
Returns
We accept returns of most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we’ll also cover the return shipping costs.
