玄関マットについて
当社の玄関マットとラグはすべて、プロのラグデザイナーとグラフィックデザイナーによってデザインされており、ご注文ごとにオーダーメイドで製作されます。当社では高解像度のデジタルプリンターを使用して、デザインをマットに正確に反映させています。
製品詳細
- 材質：高耐久PVC、耐久性、強度、耐候性。
- サンプル サイズ (20 x 30 cm / 約 8 x 12 インチ) : 素材の品質を示すためにのみ利用可能であり、印刷されたデザインは付属していません。
- 推奨サイズ: より良いデザインの解像度を得るには、43.5 x 72.5 cm (約 18 x 30 インチ) 以上のマット サイズを選択してください。
- 小さなアパートのサイズ: 小さなスペースには 40 x 58 cm (約 16 x 24 インチ) のオプションが用意されていますが、サイズが小さいほどグラフィックの視認性が低下する可能性があることに注意してください。
- サイズに関する注意: すべてのサイズは概算であり、便宜上、一般的なドアマットのサイズをインチで提供しています。配送中の天候の変化により、最大 5% のサイズのばらつきが生じる場合があります。
追加情報
- 当社の PVC マットは手作りのため、曲がった端やわずかな湾曲など、わずかな欠陥が現れる場合があります。
- コイヤー製玄関マットとは異なり、当社の PVC マットは毛が抜けません。
- 当社のマットは黒の PVC ベースで、白と黒以外の色を使用してデザインを印刷します。

Shipping & Return

We offer worldwide shipping for most products. However, certain items may have restrictions and cannot be shipped to specific international destinations.
- Shipping Estimates: Once you place an order, we’ll calculate the estimated shipping and delivery dates based on product availability and your selected shipping option.
- Weight-Based Rates: Shipping rates are determined by the weight of each item, rounded up to the nearest pound, as per carrier policies. You can find the item’s weight on its detail page.
Returns
We accept returns of most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we’ll also cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks of returning the item, including:
- 5–10 business days: for the return shipment to reach us.
- 3–5 business days: for processing once received.
- 5–10 business days: for your bank to process the refund.
To initiate a return, log in to your account, navigate to the My Account section, and select Complete Orders to find your order. Click on the Return button and follow the instructions. You’ll receive an email notification once your refund is processed.
