We offer worldwide shipping for most products. However, certain items may have restrictions and cannot be shipped to specific international destinations.
- Shipping Estimates: Once you place an order, we’ll calculate the estimated shipping and delivery dates based on product availability and your selected shipping option.
- Weight-Based Rates: Shipping rates are determined by the weight of each item, rounded up to the nearest pound, as per carrier policies. You can find the item’s weight on its detail page.
Returns
We accept returns of most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we’ll also cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks of returning the item, including:
- 5–10 business days: for the return shipment to reach us.
- 3–5 business days: for processing once received.
- 5–10 business days: for your bank to process the refund.
